Odin's old passive was Birds of Wisdom, giving him 50% longer sight radius, even across obstacles. Except for the last one, the bonuses were removed some months before the changes.
Further, leveling up his abilities gave him additional stats - additional power on Odin's Shout, and additional health regeneration on Gungnir's Might. Odin received a number of fairly significant changes in September 2014. Odin also permanently gains additional attack power for each enemy god that dies inside the ring. Enemies that leave the ring through or over a wall are chased by Gungnir, taking damage and getting slowed, and enemies caught inside the ring cannot be healed. A portion of the wall can be destroyed when hit by 5 Basic Attacks. His ultimate, Ring of Spears, creates an octogonal wall of ghostly spears around him, trapping any enemies caught within while Odin, his allies, and all projectiles can pass freely (Odin himself gains immunity to slows and roots while in the ring).The first rune causes allies around Odin to gain Attack Speed, the second allows Gungnir to home onto enemy gods, and the last rune allows Gungnir to stun gods. When Odin releases Gungnir it travels forward, damaging enemies and stopping on the first god hit. Gungnir changes runes during this and Odin pulses out damage around him, slowing enemies. Using his third ability, Gungnir's Might, Odin charges Gungnir with Runic Magic, gaining knockback immunity.The shield also automatically detonates if Odin performs a Lunge. This damage scales with the amount of shield remaining, and is further increased by 25% if the shield was intact. At the end of its four-second duration the shield explodes, dealing damage to nearby enemies. His second ability, Raven Shout, summons a flock of ravens to form a shield around Odin.Compared to other leaps, Lunge is slow to execute but deals heavy damage in a large area. Odin's first ability, Lunge, has him leap at a target area, dealing damage to all enemies within.His passive, Path to Valhalla, grants him 10% movement speed and power for ten seconds whenever a god dies, stacking up to five times.Odin is a Warrior god with decent survivability and high burst damage through his abilities. On the field of battle, he wields his mighty spear Gungnir and runic magic to crush his enemies and fight for Asgard and the Nine Realms. The All-Father, King of the Gods of Asgard and the father of Thor, Odin and his raven lieutenants are always on the search for more wisdom, which has led him to do things like hang from Yggdrasil, the World Tree, for weeks with no food, and even trade his left eye for a sip of the waters of knowledge.
